Join us for an exclusive wine pairing dinner celebrating wines from France.
Chef Dunlap will be joined by Joe Yeargain, who holds a WSET Level 3 certification and is currently a diploma candidate. Joe has extensive experience as a wine director and sales consultant in New York City and has been based in Richmond since 2018. Together, they will guide guests through each pairing and share the inspiration, craftsmanship, and stories behind every dish and glass.
This interactive dining experience invites guests to engage, ask questions, and explore how each pairing came to life—from the kitchen to the vineyard.

Join us for an exclusive wine pairing dinner celebrating wines from Chile.
Chef Dunlap will be joined by Carlos Cousiño, one of the three brothers presently at the helm of Cousiño Macul, the only Chilean vineyard from the 19th century that is still in operation today. His mission is to produce world-class wines that are unmistakeably Chilean, with a character that expresses the unique flavours of the Maipo Valley. Together, they will guide guests through each pairing and share the inspiration, craftsmanship, and stories behind every dish and glass.
