Join us for an exclusive wine pairing dinner celebrating wines from Portugal.

Chef Dunlap will be joined by guest speaker Andrea Tavares, a member of the family behind Quinta de Chocapalha, a historic estate in Portugal’s Lisbon Wine Region dating to the 16th century. Together, they will guide guests through each pairing and share the inspiration, craftsmanship, and stories behind every dish and glass.

This interactive dining experience invites guests to engage, ask questions, and explore how each pairing came to life—from the kitchen to the vineyard.
